Please keep to the RIGHT of the sidewalk. If you must, the left side is alright, just NOT the middle, choose a side. By choosing a side you allow people that have places to go and people to see, who walk FASTER than you. PASS you. Therefore you should not be meandering down the side-walk from side to side like some kind of drunkard. When passing, make sure you are fully to opposite side of the person you are passing so that you don't rudely bump into them or whack them with your umbrella. When walking with a friend, either of you, when encountering someone coming the opposite direction, should either move before or behind the other to allow the other pedestrian to pass. When in a pack of 5 or more. Get off the sidewalk.
